+1 Snow Shoveling Adventure Beginner Guide

How to start +1 Snow Shoveling Adventure: the five-step loop — train Strength, shovel snow, collect and sell rare items, buy upgrades — plus offline growth.

If you're just starting +1 Snow Shoveling Adventure, you don't have to guess what to do first — the developer numbers the entire core loop in the official game description. Every session, including your very first, runs on the same five actions in the same order:

  1. Train your Strength 💪
  2. Shovel through the Snow ❄️
  3. Collect Rare Items & Sell it! 💵
  4. Buy new Shovels and Upgrades ⬆️
  5. Invite friends for a 10% boost & SHOVEL THE ENTIRE FIELD! 🔄

Steps 1–4 are the repeatable core of the game. Step 5 is the optional social accelerator, and it doubles as a session goal: shovel the entire field. Here's what each step contributes and why the order matters.

The five steps, one by one

Step 1: Train your Strength

Strength decides how much snow each swing removes — the higher the number, the bigger a bite your shovel takes out of every pile. That's why training is officially step 1: thicker snow only yields to Strength, and the rare items you're after sit underneath it. Until the stat is up, part of the field is effectively out of reach.

The game doesn't publish Strength numbers for each snow layer, so run the practical version of the rule: when a pile barely shrinks under your swings, that's your cue to go train and come back. The payoff is easy to verify — after a training stint, the same snow clears noticeably faster.

Step 2: Shovel through the snow

Shoveling is where Strength turns into progress. Cleared snow is what exposes rare items — they only drop and sell once the snow covering them is gone. Treat every pile as a possible find rather than an obstacle: the more of the field you clear, the more it gives up.

Step 3: Collect rare items and sell them

Selling your finds is the main way Cash climbs during a session. This step has a built-in success signal: watch your Cash rise after each sale. That number is the loop confirming it's working.

Step 4: Buy new shovels and upgrades

Cash's destination in this loop is the next shovel and the upgrades that sit beside it. Each purchase feeds the next pass through the field, which is what keeps the loop speeding up over time — step 4 isn't a distraction from the shoveling, it's the shoveling's fuel.

Step 5 (optional): Invite friends and clear the entire field

The final official step is a bonus, not a requirement: invite a friend for a 10% boost and push to shovel the entire field. Think of the friend boost as an accelerator for a full-field session — the core loop runs fine without it.

What to expect early

  • The Strength gate is by design. A newcomer's reachable finds are gated behind early training, which is exactly why the official order puts it first. If thicker snow won't break, more Strength is the answer — not a reason to give up on that area.
  • Progress doesn't stall when you log off. The official page is upfront about it: your Strength and Cash literally keep growing while you're offline, so stepping away never undoes an early session.
  • Codes are a head start, not a requirement. Working codes hand out free Cash and Strength boosts; the codes page keeps the current list if you want an extra kick before a session.

Your first loop, start to finish

  • Train Strength before pushing into thicker snow.
  • Shovel until finds appear, then collect and sell them — Cash going up is your confirmation.
  • Put that Cash toward the next shovel or upgrade.
  • Optionally, bring a friend for the 10% boost and aim to clear the whole field.
  • Log off whenever you like; Strength and Cash keep accruing offline.

Where to go next

Once a few loops have made the rhythm familiar, these guides take the individual pieces further:

Run the loop once — train, shovel, sell, upgrade — and you've touched every system the game is built on. Everything after that is the same loop, bigger.
